Glazed porcelain is used to achieve the timber pattern which is a print taken from high resolution photographs of real timber planks. Each batch has anywhere from 8 to 36 ‘faces’ to create variation so that it is more consistent with natural wood flooring. Timber tiles come in various lengths and widths so they can be used in both small and large spaces.
It is wonderful to be able to use timber look tiles in wet areas without the fear of maintenance. Once down there is no need to sand back and re-stain every other year, maintenance free. There is a wide variety of timbers looks to choose from such as oak, spotted gum, teak, cedar, white wash, recycled timber, distressed, rustic wood, walnut, chocolate, charcoal, henna printed timber, blonde wood, sandalwood and so many more.
